Stephen Mills | OWNER & DIRECTOR

Stephen is the founder of Rhayader Four Wheel Drive Ltd which he formed in 1979. As a keen car enthusiast and mechanic, he has worked hard over the years to build a trusted and well-respected business.

The business serves the community far and wide with sales of vehicles, repairs & bespoke aluminium canopy tops. 37 years later, the business has grown to include Spa Motors Mid Wales Ltd and Rhayader Design and Manufacturing which he founded in 2005. He now runs the businesses alongside his son, Cameron.

Steven and Cameron spend a lot of time developing the businesses, however when they can find some spare time, you can find them both at an Autograss racetrack.

CERI HUGHES | FABRICATOR

Ceri first joined the Rhayader Design and Manufacturing team in 2010 as a steel fabricator. Ceri brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the business with many qualifications under his belt; including a degree in Mechanical Engineering and being a qualified City and Guilds Assessor.

Ceri is a highly skilled steel fabricator, passionate about all areas of the business. In Ceri’s minimal spare time he enjoys going out on long walks and spending time with his children.

LUKE JONES | FABRICATOR

Luke joined the Rhayader Design and Manufacturing team in March 2022. Having worked in the sector for 10 years Luke has settled into his role quickly and has become a valued member of the team; bringing a wealth of knowledge along with him.

When Luke isn’t in work he enjoys Motor Cross and socialising with friends and family.

JAKE BENISTON - JONES | FABRICATOR

Jake joined the team at Rhayader Design & Manufacturing in April 2022. Jake has a level 2 NVQ in Electrics and 5 years experience within the steel fabrication sector; he is a highly skilled fabricator.

In his spare time Jake enjoys going out and about on his bike and spending time with friends.
